Qualified – Lutheran Immigration Services is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) as a qualified immigration legal service provider. All practicing immigration specialists have received extensive education and training in immigration law and have obtained BIA accreditation. An immigration attorney is also available for individuals in removal or deportation proceedings who need representation in Immigration Court.
Affordable – Lutheran Immigration Services offers quality, affordable immigration legal assistance to refugees, immigrants and asylees. Minimal fees for service are charged on a sliding scale.
Services – Services include, but are not limited to, assistance with family petitions, citizenship, permanent residence, travel documents, Nicaraguan and Central American Relief Act (NACARA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).

Lutheran Immigration Services will assist you in the entire process from completing the necessary application to representation at Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) interviews.
