40th Anniversary Celebration of Campus Lutheran Center-UNK!
When: Sept. 19, 2010, 10:00 a.m.
What: A throwback, 1970s folk-rock celebration, just like the old days with Pastors Roger Sasse and Norm Metzler, as well as Jim and Chuck Salestrom and many of the "original" folk group singers.

Sunday School Teachers Needed – Is God calling you to teach this year??
Tracy Naylor has volunteered to coordinate Sunday School this year! If you're interested in being part of our rotation of teachers, or would like more info on what that involves, please talk to Tracy, 325-2338.
Akaloo Helpers Needed! Want to help with our Wednesday Akaloo program for elementary kids? 6:45-8 p.m. Talk to Deb James, 324-4831 or Nancy Brummet.
THE FIELD TRIP! Experience service, worship, & fellowship in support of our Mission Field Nebraska ministries.
+Begins Friday morning, Sept. 24, and ends with worship on Sun., Sept. 26. +Participants will assist with various service projects at Lutheran Metro Ministries, Fontenelle Community Church (FCC) and the Project Hope food pantry, share a community meal with the people of FCC and the neighborhood, and worship together at FCC.
+The cost of participating will be $85 per person, which includes project supplies, programming and meals. Housing is avail-able for an additional $30.
+To register, go to nebraskasynod.org, click on Events, click on "The Field Trip" and download and complete the registration form. Or check with Sharon in the church office for a copy of the form.
+Next year, 2011, The Welcome Center in Lexington will be the destination for The Field Trip! Let's support this trip in Omaha and learn how to be good hosts!
